My only gripe

Is the small percentage of selfish people who take a shower in the water taps and clean their hair (wasting water as it goes everywhere) whilst 100 people wait behind them wanting to fill up their water bottles whilst struggling in the 30 degree heat.

Apart from that...amazing festival as always ?

Where there is a bank of taps/sinks they should designate at least one of them for refilling only.

I understand where you are coming from, but suspect that being dirty / not fresh is alien to some people, so they just can't hack not using the facilities at the water taps to bath. There are other places to do this, obviously, but the queues would be even more mental there, if everybody at the water taps were to go to them. It's a kind of balance, and not a too bad one at that, in my opinion. Let's face it, if that's your only gripe then you are (and indeed you are) living in Good Time City. Have a fab night tonight.

It's a tough one. Doing loo crew and keep trying to suggest to people that they use greenpeace or kidzfield so everyone can get water quicker, but they are only a few minutes away from feeling fresh and perked up, so why not?

Nobody heard of water aid. Not completely relevant in our country but still.  Waste is waste. ?

its the same as in muddy years when people wash their wellies at the water points, then have to walk through the mud that surrounds the taps

Remove the showers permanently too. Think of all that water being used because people can't go a few days without one

More an observation than anything as not impacted me. We just happen to be camped next to the water taps and watching a lot of people get annoyed and a lot of arguments over something that could have been avoided.  It was seriously hot that day and a lot of people were suffering in that queue.

This is my only gripe too, its dusty as soon as you step away with wet hair or anything its just getting stuck to it, just embrace the dirty hair

Allow you hair to get dirty! Itll do it good and gives it chance to recover its natural oils. Youll see first time you wash it after cming back.
