Well clearly what she said in this instance had nothing to do with trolling or fake accounts, I’ve never seen her post anything like that and she said she had nothing to do with it.

I'm afraid you've got this one wrong. I was part of that conversation yesterday suggesting that Neil's reaction to Phoenix Girl's joke wasn't warranted and I know that I for one am in no way responsible for any site-trolling and haven't made any childish references, but I still think Neil should apologise to Phoenix girl. Completely agree with @Bradders, the porn thing (I didnt see that, wtf?) has nothing to do with what we've been talking about. It's a separate problem, they've only been linked because Neil (I believe incorrectly) thought Phoenix Girl was one of the trolls.

I feel the forum would be a better place if the bandage was just ripped off and we were all told what's actually happened, just so it can be discussed, perpetrators dealt with appropriately and all put to bed. At the moment it's still lingering and this place is poorer for it, albeit still full of awesome posters, info and good discussion.

Obviously it's Neil's decision whether he wants to disclose what's happened but IMO just letting everyone know so it can be dealt with would help more than the lingering comments and tension which surely only feeds the trolls more.

I'm not saying everyone was involved but Placcid, Fast Drones and Jonodillieono where all involved both in this conversation yesterday and in the earlier nonsense.  I'm sure Neil knows of others as he has been the one who has had to go round cleaning up after this shit.
