someone had a shout of a Billie coheadline next year, i don’t disagree with them at all

Not what they were saying, just formatting made it look that way

Nah think they’re talking about me. I suggested that Billie could coheadline next year (with Travis Scott, perhaps). Still stand by it.

I think everyone is overestimating Billie. I think third down is where she’ll be at next year, maybe sub if she has another hit album, think Co-Headline is a bit of a stretch. Happy to be proved wrong, that debut album was fantastic.

Would they have two of the same headliners from 2016?

Two Door is one of my favourite, if not my favourite band but I think they are an average sub honestly, they would go along really well with Foals though.

Tyler, the Creator must have had his ban lifted. He’s in London. Outside of Buckingham Palace.

He’s got to have a big slot coming his was in 2020. It will have been 5 years since he had to pull out due to the ban.

Fuck yeah.

Tyler would surely be headlining festivals like Wireless or Parklife now so I don't reckon he'd take anything less than Main Stage sub at R&L, maybe R1 headline at a push.

I think he might get a little bump from whatever festival he does next because of the rarity but I don't see why he'd be headlining festivals as big as those right now. He hasn't exactly been a major presence in the charts in the interim. Although I guess I was surprised by Rocky stepping up to headline Wireless this year.

So Tyler’s ‘show’ in Peckham earlier got shut down because too many people turned up. An IGOR sign has just gone up on Brixton Academy. Looks like he is playing there tonight. If he can sell out 5k people with just hours notice that is absolute insanity. If he does that, he’s getting a big slot for sure.

Ticked for Tyler’s Brixton show are about £60. No way he’s doing anything under subbing if he plays. Reckon this will cause a lot more buzz around him too over here with people who may not have been particularly familiar.

After APE do we really think that BMTH could headline? QOTSA are already pretty far from the reading crowd, BMTH the same year as them is a bit much I think

Surely APE is the nail in the coffin for BMTH headlining, at least 2020. I don't think amo propelled them to that level and so I reckon they'll go quiet next year and work on new music instead

    • There's also the metro and night bus. I usually stay at near Barceloneta metro station, 15-20 minutes by metro, about 30-35 if i leave before 5am and need to take the bus.
    • In theory, a person who purchased a ticket can launch a screen recording app, take a short video of the QR code, and then send it to a friend. The friend can then show this video at the entrance as in the Access Ticket app and thus gain entry. However, the ticket is also nominative, so in theory, if associated with a specific name, it could be possible to determine whether the person who used it first has already entered the festival or not.

    • I think most people prefer RiP if they’ve done both sites. I think RaR is just more iconic and recognisable. Saying that I’ve only done RiP and I loved it!
    • Is that a thing? First I've heard of it, I must admit!
