You might have to exit out of the app then force close it, when it reloads on start up you should get the link.

So O2 Priority app isn't working, just has a constantly spinning circle and doesn't give any option to join queue

 

And Co op app seemingly won't work because I am already logged in on the O2 Priority with the same ticketmaster account, sound
