You'd expect the first date announced to be the Saturday night rather than midweek so that Manc date sounds off

Not so sure about that. The midweek one will sell more slowly, so makes more sense to announce it first and give it a helping hand.

i can see plenty of people kicking off about it, when they discover they've been tricked into buy tickets for awkward days.

Apparently £90 for GA standing in London.....which is actually cheaper than it used to be to get on the pitch compared to A Bigger Bang days.
