2017 Ticket Sale

On both my work PC and My home laptop/computer I barely even saw the Seetickets site probably in the 1000 times we refreshed we saw the hold page perhaps 5 times.

From my work O2 mobile and my EE mobile (both with Wifi switched off) we had the hold page at every refresh and got the tickets through the O2 phone. It was a similar story for many of my mates. 

It begs the question about how the routing is done, why were my mobile devices many times more successful at connecting to the site.

I just don't understand how some people got in straight away again and again and others nothing. It's baffling.

Yeah my tethered laptop was consistently connecting to the hold page. My wifi laptop wasn't. It seems to be a fairly consistent pattern - there has to be something in this. Still didn't manage with tickets though.

Was absolutely gutted and fearing the worst on Thursday when our group didn't get a sniff but managed to get everyone sorted today!! good few going for the first time as well. cant wait! sorry to anyone who failed to get tickets, will be happy to help in the resale.

I was the opposite way round.  It's very strange.

Yeah you can, keep an eye on website for date but it's usually in plenty of time

Erm, sorry but I was definitely not the lead booker today and got an email. Were you a coach ticket?

Exactly the same here. Are you on standard BT broadband (ie not Infinity/fibre) by any chance?

No I bought today. Searched through mine and my sisters emails and it tallies up with just the lead booker getting an email each festival we've been to
