Proper brought a tear to my eye that did.  Honestly made up that someone who never gave up on her dream got to make it at such a late hour, I hope they both have the best time in the world.

I have been lurking for a while on this thread and was keeping my fingers crossed for you Lucy.

imagine my shock when listening to R1 in the car this morning and the second caller's name was Lucy. I was desperate to hear whether "Lucy" had won so was late for a children's birthday party. It then dawned on me that it could be you. When you won I was cheering so loudly everyone passing must have thought I was mad!!

Haha oh thank you so so much  it still hasn't sunk in im going. Had my confirmation through just now! Im making a cake to give to my boss now so he'll say yes to the time off haha (he's great and already said I could so there should be no trouble!)

First text said: WE ARE GOING TO GLASTONBURY!!!!!

then about 20 texts followed haha

He finally got to his phone at 1 and he was over the moon!!! Really happy
