I wouldn't be surprised if they are doing another "LA Rising" gig. There was supposedly one planned for last year but nothing ever materialised.

Stone Roses released that terrible single the other day so nobody can say they haven't done anything for years - just that they're fucking shite now

 

i'd love some new material but it's almost definitely just gonna be a show or a few shows, which would be rather underwhelming really

Their TITP gig in 08 was the best 100 mins of my life. No question.

I would move heaven and earth to see them again.  

Cannot see them at Glastonbury though. They would be too expensive

well i hope there's new material. one reunion off the back of old material and nostalgia is fine, but a second is a bit much, although i'm sure they'll still sell out whatever shows they announce in an instant

Leeds Fest 08 was great. Would love to see them again, especially at Glastonbury. Got a ticket for Finsbury, but ended up being out of the country at the time

Yes. He and some of L7 made appearances. Tool and L7 were on the NME stage that year.

Side note- Wakrat were supposed to play Reading this year but pulled out for no apparent reason,maybe this is the reason?

so rather disappointingly this isn't a RATM reunion but is actually Tom, Tim and Brad forming another supergroup of sorts with Chuck D of Public Enemy and B-Real of Cypress Hill which is apparently called Prophets of Rage. Zach has no involvement

First gig on June 3rd apparently. Unless the have an album ready to go?

Looks to me like its a couple of weeks rehearsal and then a smash and grab summer tour. Morello playing Fight the Power, Bring the Noise, Insane in the Brain etc. 

At least that clown Flavor Flav isn't involved.

I had my Psychology A Level exam the next day and was studying during Roots Manuva and Gogol Bordello. Definitely worth it!

Their gig at Reading 08 was the best thing I've ever seen. My first festival and first headline performance. Nothing so far has topped that
