Yes, they've created some new gravel paths which I assume will be lit up. Look out for the pond as well.

Sounds interesting, I will have to go there at some point

Quick Q.  I normally come in gate A. Walk past darble then past back of woodies to wicket then up towards lime kiln/ hitchin hill. Looking at this map do you think my route will be impacted by the steel fence penning in hospitality?

Looking at this map and the one on the Glastonbury website it looks like the 2 JP production areas and the JP staff camping will all be fenced off separately with public paths between them. So you should be able to go the way you always have but it also means you should be able to walk  along the path that goes from outside wicket to the top of the new JP field and along to path though the nature reserves which is a massive improvement IMO as having to walk all the way around the old hospitality area was a huge PitA.

So The Beat Hotel is just around the corner from Silver Hayes now? I think that new entrance is going to change the dynamic of that area as much as the JP move.

I thought it was alway at the bottom of webs ash and it now looks like it's in the next field west (where the EE tent was last year)

Did I mention I have a terrible sense of direction?

No you're correct, see my post above, it's moved to the other side of the little area that used to be  recycling (back in the day) but now is where they store big piles of gravel.

Is that not roughly where it was before?

Edit: It was nearer the pyramid wasn't it? Ignoring any sweeping generalisations, not sure the beat hotel being so close to the wood is necessarily a good idea.

Double edit: Stuart had me convinced it had moved. Looks like I was right originally.

It has moved slightly: 24J on this one.

This new map (thanks for posting!) differs from the official one a little bit re: silver hayes (pussy parlure and BBC placement). I'm trying to do a rough photoshop of what 2016 might look like for http://www.glastomap.com - proving a little difficult! Lots of little tweaks

Loving the new Glastomap.  Superb resolution when you zoom in.  I can easily see my tent!

Am we now to assume it's official  Dairy is now called Paines?  That's what it says on the general site plan.
