Jesus, people are massively overreacting to a couple of jokey replies about the OP being slow to post this news. How sensitive do you have to be?

Ach I'm just saying it's a bit harsh not giving them a spanking.

Besides I loled at the meta-slowpoke idea, would we have had that laugh without this? i kinda miss the pokebonkers

Good post- nice clear and concise information that was lost on the announcement thread amongst the crap posted on there by people with 2,000 plus posts that turn every thread on here into their own personal chat room.

If you think this applies to you, it probably does

We've already got Father John Misty on the line-up, as they're all touring, I think it's likely we could see Mew, Ghengar and Ash added....

Pokemon band names.

Thanks for advising OP as i didn't see it on the other threads either :)

Really getting excited as quite liked these individual announcements as gives you a chance to see the themes & acts for each area, as sometimes they get lost in the big mega list...whats gonna be fun come Tuesday is the inevitable clashes and the threads created about them lol

Oh and I forgot to mention, Naughty by nature wrote the song as an homage to the ontario provincial police force, as the rap group wanted to express the respect for the Canadian law enforcement authority.

    • made a last minute decision to go to Belladrum festival.   it was absolutely wonderful.   never been before, to be honest I think I was expecting a stage in a field and a burger van, but its nothing at all like that.   the site is beautiful, its small enough to get around, but big enough that there are things to discover round each corner, there are a good number of small stages tucked away.   you could quite easily convince yourself you were in Glastonbury in places.   I may have only been one time, but already learned a valuable lesson - the site itself may be Glastonbury like, but the "general camping" campsite is very much Reading like! as the morning mist rises... its a view like the Do Lung Bridge scene in Apocalypse Now...   so if you are not 15 years old, go to family or quiet camping which is fantastic.   its a real family friendly festival to - loads of families and kids of all ages running round and stuff for them to do.   I would 100% recommend it, and I really can't see any reason why I wont be going back next year!   🙂
    • In terms of a Manchester/Leeds date, Wythenshawe? Too big for Castlefield Bowl, Kirkstall Abbey, Millennium Squade
    • Van Morrison Autumn 2026 UK Tour Dates: October 8 & 9 – Liverpool, Philharmonic Hall October 11 – Swansea, Swansea Arena October 12 – Bristol, Bristol Beacon October 27 – Plymouth, Plymouth Arena October 28 – Torquay, Princess Theatre October 30 & 31 – Brighton, Brighton Dome November 2 – Glasgow, Royal Concert Hall November 3 – Edinburgh, Usher Hall
    • No not, yet but it should be any day now, hopefully. I'm sure I saw something about them arriving this week, somewhere, but I can't remember where I saw it....
