Are BBC not going to bother with the introducing stage then? Unless it's hiding it still ain't up, very late addition if so

It must be there, but hidden by the tree.  A much smaller tent than last year, maybe only a bar type tent?  Probably the tent on left of this overhead shot posted a few days ago?

It is a projection onto the entire pyramid from all sides, you'll be able to see it from all over.

Not from in front of the stage, though.

Anyway, ignore me, it will be great, it will look great, everything is great!

I think that's the bar on the green, which has also moved from Williams Green. I think it should be next to that but may be wrong.

It’s moved to the other side of the field it’s in so if you look at the levels on the camera it’s just in front of it.

Surely not the same vendor?

Seems to be, although there were two vendors allegedly making people ill at Download.  I'll steer clear this time just in case.

Which one is it please?

Yorkie place named here, plus another that isn't at Glasto.  The Download stuff still being investigated but I'm not risking spending any more time in the long drops than necessary!

According to that thread the dodgy Yorkshire pudding place at Download was called "King of the Yorkie", so it sounds like a different vendor to that one in the webcam screenshot?

The other one ("Munch Box") were apparently chancers working illicitly under a reputable company's brand name, assuming the people on Reddit know what they're talking about.

Maybe not same - I don't know.  On the App the Yorkie place opposite Other is called King of the Yorky 2

Agreed.

Playing devil's advocate, I would hesitate to condemn the vendor completely based on one incident - it only takes one idiot (or dirty bastard) to cause something like this.

That said, I'll probably avoid just to be on the safe side 😂

    • Pretty sure at the stage we can expect the charge for Man City will be a 10 point deduction for..... Everton
    • Ah those were the days....! When you could go to the festival and nearly drown.
    • It's only the last few years that the festival have started calling it the Legend Slot.  For most of its existence it's been the Teatime Slot, with the idea it was the sort of music that Jean Eavis liked to listen to whilst having tea on a Sunday afternoon i.e. MOR, Radio 2, borderline easy listening sort of music.  Hence bookings like Shirley Bassey, Neil Diamond, Tom Jones, etc.  There's mibbe some overlap there with classic radio rock and of course the boundaries are all pretty fuzzy now, but it's generally not a rock slot.
    • I've never had any issues. Remember watching some Tour De France stages on phones in the past. Maybe at the festival sight it could be a problem, but I think people are spread out enough on camping.    Maybe it will be different this year with only teenage girls coming to see The Cure, David Byrne and Napalm Death 😅
    • They'll surely put AdP on Woods. They are aware of the off the scale level of hype.
