I feel very fortunate to have the Tor on my doorstep although you can never guarantee this level of awe - I went up on monday evening and I could barely stand up in the wind!

Yes, a rare occurrence it’s sunny and warm, hopefully Somerset dries out in the next few weeks, sure it will.

You wish. We’re still trying to recover from the winter rain in Glastonbury.
The ground might feel ok under foot, but you don’t have to go far to find the custard.
The rain from last night has put us farming folk back at least another week.
It is not gonna take much to start churning up those fields at Worthy Farm when the build starts properly.

We are not out of the woods by a long shot.
Bring wellies.

I'd like to say you are wrong but if you are right, we're overdue a muddy one - bring it.

Used to work at E.M.I.S was based out of the old hospital down the road rather than that monster ugly building.

Small world, I live just down the road in Apperley Bridge

Come on Glasto and the bbc, get this camera backup and running. I’m getting withdrawal symptoms here, fed up watching the Glastonbury town centre camera.
(looks drier this morning)

Obviously they have taken notice of my heartfelt plea earlier this morning, the camera is back, normal service has resumes . 😉

    • Do people want an arena experience though? Especially for sub par bands. Rather a band do more nights at an independent venue for more money than 1 big one.
    • Trump needs to justify his peace prize before first game in US kicks off.
    • Are we still expecting Anna Von Hausswolff?  I recall seeing recently that she'd cancelled some tour dates due to illness
    • Hey everyone! My friend and I are heading over from Sweden to Tramlines this summer. We had our eyes on a bunch of different festivals in the UK, but since most of them sold out before we even knew if we’d be able to make the trip, we finally settled on Tramlines. Why Tramlines, you might ask? Well, because we’re absolutely crazy about British music, and finding a festival like this (where you also don’t have to camp, a huge plus) made it impossible not to buy a ticket. The fact that I’ll also get to see The Enemy after beeing a fan for 19 years didn’t hurt either.   Since the app doesn’t work over here… is the Clashfinder schedule 100% accurate? What’s the venue like, and what does the map look like? Which sides of the stages are best to stand on? How long does it take to walk between stages? What are the prices usually for food and drinks? Is it easy to get to the festival from town? And is it easy to get back into town? Is it allowed to walk around with a beer anywhere in the venue, or are there those stupid fenced-off bar areas? As you can tell, I need all kinds of info, so please share your best tips and tricks to make this the best festival experience possible.  I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance! 😃
