Last year John Peel went up on the morning of the 14th June, not sure if it comes in from another festival (i.e. Isle of Wight?) hence it being up later than others. But you may be right that the angle of the webcam may not capture it.

It is odd weather, just hanging mist - doesnt look wet at all. I would be happy with that in 2 weeks time.

I think the webcam might make it look greyer than it actually is. I have a similar problem with photos of my hair.

Crazy, isn't it? I don't think even this picture does the size of Glastonbury justice, though. I remember the first year I went I was walking around in amazement.

I think Glasomap is the best for showing the size of the place. I used it the other day, zoomed in on my tent before showing them, then slowly zoomed out. Mind blowing stuff.

A small white tent has appeared towards gate A.  Any got any idea what it is?  Actual entrance? welfare tent?  looking at one of the detailed site maps i'm guessing its a welfare tent

Last year there was a info point, lock up and also Breakfast Club over there, so it will be for that bunch of things.
