Oh yeah that's what I did. I made two donations on the same card, requesting two each time as I'd thought the first didn't work. I might just ask them when I call up.

This is what the email says:

We now have updated the system and can accommodate to book your ticket.

(Customers have to donate via Just Giving first (having come from the BST site initially) then they will be directed to the AXS offer page online where they can redeem up to 2 tickets for £2.50 each. )

As the offer is no longer available online, please give us a call at 02037847998 so we can book ticket for you.

Alternatively, send us your contact number and we will give you a call as soon as we can.

Please make your donation reference number ready as our staff will need it to book your ticket.

Does anyone know if you can book twice on the same card then?

I still have my unused donation ref and would like to get a couple for my sister/brother in law.

I'd have thought you'd be alright if you have the separate references. Sounds like they've got loads of tickets, and they'd rather have more people in there buying expensive food + drink :P

Shame The Horrors are on so early. Not sure I will go in that early and pay £5.50 a pint for that long; especially as they didn't really work on the Other in the afternoon last year. Reckon i'll go in for 5pm to see Kitty, Daisy and Lewis then Metronomy.

I bought two tickets last night but no donation screen came up? I only ended up paying £2.50 each? Where can I donate?

The tickets have been emailed to me but are they valid?

I'm thinking the same..

Edit: Anyone know the best email to contact them?

Seen the Horrors before and was pretty underwhelmed. I'll be getting there late on I think, having a few bevvies in the park beforehand. I'd love to see Roots but it's a nightmare getting in those mini venues.

I'm sure they're valid. Mine doesn't actually say how much I donated on them and the barcodes are all unique.

They're outdoor stages this year :)

Update. So in the confusion yesterday if you donated a few times and have various donation reference numbers. You can claim two tickets per ref number

Did you ask them? I called up before and got my oher two tickets sent but was too scared to ask in case they got cancelled! Figured I'd just wing it.

Lots of efestivalers going then! :P

Can't decide if I can be arsed going into Drenge or not! Think i might care there just in time for the horrors! (And also hoping I don't get completely shit face this time, and remember more than first 3 songs of Blur.)

Didnt ask them. We'd thought we'd try it. Mate donated 4 times. 8 of us going, just by 4 of us calling up and giving one of the donation ref numbers he had from donating. 8 of us going for like less than the original ticket price. It's mental!

I need to keep it as cheap as possible so might turn up about 7-7.30. Have seen the supports loads of times so only really interested in Blur.

Really looking forward to tonight actually. Gonna go straight from work so should be there in time for PSB.

Sadly I work in Kent so am going to have to beg to leave 30 mins early in order to get Beck in. TBH, I'd rather see PSB.

    • Sure enough I did finish the Brosnan Bonds. Goldeneye is good but I think might be overrated by some Bond mega-fans, The World Is Not Enough is ok but nothing more than that and Die Another Day is just wild. I didn't hate Die Another Day like some have but its basically a wacky sci-fi film with Bond movie clothes.
    • Monaco comes across to me as something that's great for just watching people driving around, especially this year as it feels like this is a track where they can actually push compared to other circuits where superclipping ruins it, but where the cars seem to have outgrown it.   Though tbf Formula E has had decent Monaco races recently so maybe its a sign of car development philosophy being a factor.
    • Feel like a lot of people do just sit around by the stage at a festival waiting for one act anyway, no? I know Swift has a big mega-fandom - she wouldn't have done so many Wembley shows last year if she didn't - but it's not like she'd be unique in playing a festival and drawing a crowd on that specific day just for her.   But then tbf I feel like there'd be a few happy just to mosy around the rest of the site until maybe 2/3 acts beforehand.
    • Pretty good imo. Though I'm aware my position of being a big fan means I'm biased.   Reminds me a little of Justice, which shouldn't be that much of a surprise given I've heard Justice played a lot in Muse's pre-show playlists over the years.
