May have listened to Ong Ong more times than I've changed my mind on who is the 3rd headliner (which is lot I'll tell you!). Great song! Think it could actually be one of my favourite of theirs ever - already!

On reflection it's a very strong album and much better than I was expecting. Doesn't seem aged like lots of 'older' bands sound when releasing a new album after so long.

Looking forward to getting it on Monday. Have deliberately avoided streams or leaks so I can listen to the whole thing for the first time in one go. Have only heard Go Out on the radio and that's it. Can't wait.

Ive seen it once on Jools and listened to the stream once. And this song has been in my head since!

Did anyone else think Phil Daniels sounded a bit flappy when talking about what he was doing with blur this year on the Chris Evans show? He said something like "I think I'm doing Hyde park on err, the 20th of err, this year" then Chris said " that's in June" and he said "err, June yeah" did that come across to anyone else as he was told "do not under any circumstances mention Glastonbury at the end of June"? May be just me?

I heard the same, and I think that's wishful thinking .I agree he sounded a little flappy.... So maybe just maybe !

Didn't see it myself but they got a very bad reception on social media after performing on Graham Norton. Think they played 'Go Out'.

Think with Damon's voice something like Ong Ong would be more ideal for promo! Which is a great song btw

no no they played lonesome street and i thought they were quite good on it

    • Orbital opening the Other stage is a bold choice!
    • Great start for them
    • Thanks so much - that's very helpful. Someone else mentioned getting a train from Loughborough to East Midlands Parkway, and then a festival shuttle from there to the site. I think they were then going to come back on the Skylink Derby to Loughborough - I assume this is because the trains don't run as late as the Skylink, otherwise they would just come back the same way they came?! Is the transport hub a long way from the main stage? Just wondering what time I would need to leave Linkin Park to be sure of getting a shuttle. As I say, I am sure it will all be clear on the day, even after a few beers! Just hope the rain stays away...
    • I really don't think they would put Olivia Rodrigo on Occident stage. If it was her, they would put her in earlier Mordor slot and move Big Thief or Little Simz to Occident.   Fontaines DC are more probable, but don't really match the hype. However, again, if the hype was real, the artist would end up in Mordor.   That being said, I would love to see Fontaines DC tonight.
    • After all the good advice on here I had a nice visit to the site earlier in the week.    Walked down from Pilton village to Hitchen Hill and down the footpath to the Wood by Woodies.    Really strange seeing the site empty of 100,000 people. There is far more hedges and woodland on the site than you remember when the festival is on. Can see the stone circle and some structures still up on site. And looks like Worthy View has some camping going on there during the summer too.   Lots was fenced off with electric fencing to help wth the cattle grazing. Is really amazing how they set up the site as its hard enough accessing the area by car and foot nevermind all the kit needed to set the festival up. As others said you can't walk the whole site but nice to see the site again after a few years away   Pilton is also a lovely village with a nice village hall shop and post office attached, and got to speak to some locals who told me a few tales of past festivals down the years. One house for sale there would be lovely to live in - if only I had £2 million going spare
