Croissant Neuf have an event on in Glastonbury tonight, usually a promo for some of their acts. Playing are Sam Wellbourne, Sam Brockington, Dry White Bones, Screaming Miss Jackson and the Slap Ya Mama Big Band and Rustyshackles.

They're local boys and I know one or two so I'll plug them a bit aha, they're great fun live. The bluegrass/folk might not be everyone's taste but they're really enjoyable. They played last year and I think they got a decent crowd and were well received so hopefully they'll be back this year!

  • 2 weeks later...

Is there a reason Natalie Prass is down as a SR other than her tour dates? Just noticed she was announced for Down the Rabbit Hole last week so if she's playing Glastonbury that will be 5 dates in a row, which is possible given she's doing 4 in a row at other times but maybe a stretch too far?

i'm sure somebody (possibly dentalplan) found an article or such that noted her as being at Glastonbury. it was something along those lines, anyway. hope she's there - really looking forward to seeing her

Ah right, thanks. Makes sense as I didn't think she'd be put as a SR just on the basis of tour dates.

    • 1 - Mock Media - Rat Bastard 2 - Maquina - Body Transmission 3 - Mary in the Junkyard - Role Model Hermit   Honourable mentions to The Hu - Hun, Madonna - Confessions II, and Swapmeet - Mount Zero for also being solid.   Sadly, really didn't connect with the new Yard Act, a real shame as loved their last two albums and thought this one would be a shoe-in for AOTM, but felt it was a bit too generic..
    • Anyone had email yet?
    • See him doing either wilderness or the forest live shows more
    • I always fancied going to this one - it had my sort of lineup. Shame.
