Matt42
http://www.dekmantelfestival.com/timetable/ Not a bad lineup for Dekmantel, props to Ben UFO for headlining the saturday! Bicep seem to be rolling out their live show again - I hope that it stops at Glastonbury Edited January 23, 2017 by Matt42
Mezhyp1
Full Dekmantel line up is out and as expected it's pretty good. There's a run on the main stage on the Friday of Omar S, Job Jobse b2b Midland, Bicep then Robert Hood which is absolutely frightening. And as Matt says, big up Ben UFO
your mother
It'd be a shame to spend all day at the main stage but Christ. Also the programming and scheduling is so good. Like you got mcde, dettmann and Nina opening the second stage. Wanted to try something else this year on top of Glastonbury but no way. Untz
Oh man. That line up. Too much good stuff I want at Glastonbury, of which approximately none will turn up.

Drfoxxx
Anyone heard anything on Todd Terje live returning? Watched them at West Holts in 2015, was brilliant!
Memory Man
he does live shows here and there but it tends to be just him and a laptop / synth rather than with "the olsens" aka the band / dancers. Matt - Ed Banger Records
Purchased tickets for Dekmantel today, mates didn't fancy the 4-day tickets so I won't be getting to catch Forest Sowrds, Nathan Fake or Floating Points which I'm a bit gutted about - will be interesting to see what the night time schedule looks like when that gets announced. ghostdancer1
got a 4 day one myself. my first time last year and it was brilliant, so well organised and great crowd. I didn't bother with night time stuff though, had heard Melkweg wasn't worth bothering with and a few friends went on Friday/Sunday after the day stuff and weren't too impressed. wouldn't be surprised if they sacked it off this year, no mention of Melkweg on the site this year and no option for night tickets at the moment, they had both onsale last year and I think they had the names already announced. I'd say they'll probably just do some smaller afterparties at clubs around Amsterdam instead. went to Katharsis on the Saturday night after, lots of harder industrial techno in a big dark warehouse type thing: https://www.facebook.com/events/806975449438832/ I like the way they have Kraviz, Dettmann and MCDE on first thing this year, good way to start the day and get people in early. the Sunday run in the UFO stage is insane: Overmono (Truss& Tessela), Dax J, Karenn, Ancient MEthods & Vatican Shadow, British Murder Boys (Regis & Surgeon). Floating Points is still djing on the main stage I think although yeah a live solo show would be great. I got the 3 day too but I imagine it'll be easy to add on the extra day. Also haven't done the night time one either as I try to pace myself. I wonder if De School will have the official after parties this year, its such a good club 2 hours ago, ghostdancer1 said: I like the way they have Kraviz, Dettmann and MCDE on first thing this year, good way to start the day and get people in early. Mcde in the same slot 2 years ago was great although so busy, as was Harvey last year and seemed less busy. Love it at the start of the day, last year we got down early for Suzanne Kraft and set up the deck chairs in the greenhouse, it was so nice
Mezhyp1
Job Jobse, Bicep, The Martinez Brothers, Maceo Plex and Alan Fitzpartick all played both last year, so there's a chance we might see a few from Awakenings on the farm, I'm also looking more of notable absentees, namely Jackmaster, Ben UFO, Seth Troxler(obvious I know), Helena Hauff, Four Tet to name a few

EZYSEY
Having a listen through some of these today from last year https://thenycdownlow.com. Midlands from the Downlow is good and hilarious at the end when someone gets on the mic. Roger Sanchez's set in the Downlow last year was amazing. Would love to have been in there for that. Currently listening to Waze and Odyssey from Genosys. Block9 is the one late night area I haven't spent much time in. Thats going to change this year. Is this a wish list? You'd get plenty of fellow wishers in this thread for lots of the above. Would love to see Tim Hecker, but I really can't see him being booked on the Farm. There's just not enough appeal at a non-specialist festival, I'd say. Ditto Ben Frost. Holly Herndon wouldn't be impossible - she was ACE supporting Radiohead at the Roundhouse last year. FloPo would only DJ, I think. Too soon for a live band return without a new record, I'd say. Anyhoo, fingers crossed! Ben
Matt - Ed Banger Records
Would love for Ben Frost to be on the farm, but probably a touch too niche, The Glade would probably suit him though.

bennyhana22
BTW, at the risk of becoming boringly repetitive, I am almost consumed with obsession of Bonobo's Migration at the moment. Stunning. Double vinyl duly ordered. Ben
