LondonTom
It's still not really a coherent answer to *why* a 59 year old man is cavorting around in a school uniform. 'Because it's Angus and it's what he does' fails to cut it. Likes the frabic?
FuzzyDunlop
A better question would be "Why not?" Exactly. He isn't doing any harm. If he wants to - why shouldn't he?
CaledonianGonzo
He's probably of the mindset that the more people who think it's now unseemly and undignified there are, the more reason there is to carry on regardless. Sometimes if people think you're being ridiculous the solution that presents itself is to be even more ridiculous. And, after a certain point, it's what people come to expect. 'Because it's Angus and it's what he does' fails to cut it. I always take these questions literally, so I tried Wikipedia: Angus tried a number of stage costumes, such as Spider-Man, Zorro, a gorilla, and a parody of Superman, named Super-Ang, before settling on his signature schoolboy look at the suggestion of his sister. POKERDUDE
I went to school with him in Glasgow, met him recently, he's not changed a bit.
Mardy
sorry, I wasn't being entirely serious. Apologies, humour fail. Fair play to everyone who answered that with a straight bat.
A Guy Called Matt
Just like the rest of us, on the farm he can wear what he wants If AC/DC are headlining I predict an awful lot of school boys on the farm that day!

dentalplan
Depends when they're adding dates. Dublin on 1st too. edit: also Wembley tweeted 4th July rather than 7th. Maybe it's both. Edited December 12, 2014 by dentalplan
FuzzyDunlop
Maybe Im wrong, but the dates don't look good for an appearance on the farm?

People will argue either way on this but I'm with you. If they add a Glasgow show Saturday they're out and we'll probably need to see what they're doing in Europe around then, and I don't think those are announced yet. The only reason which makes me think its still possible is, why would you book a gig on a sunday as the scottish gig? For massive acts they are generally fri and sat... Sunday as an extra night. eFestivals
if they're doing Glasto, it's got to be the Friday.
CaledonianGonzo
Really doubt they'd add a second Glasgow show...
A Guy Called Matt
Wembley, 4th July - just announced. Shit After going to see Black Sabbath on the Friday after GF this year this will be hard. Utterly exhausted come the end and the drive home was awful, I was far too tired to drive. MichaelsBeard
And Glasgow on the 28th (the Sunday of Glasto). Do they do gigs on consecutive days? I reckon this rules them out unfortunately.
