Never been before, a bit gutted that I decided to leave it to the Thursday because our coach doesnt leave till the afternoon so am worried about finding somewhere to camp. Love the Glastonbury App so I can carry on planning and listing all day.

So can't wait have bought a Glstonbury dress that will be good wet or sun

Nah, I'm not.... I think I'm not going to bother going. Im going to stay in and watch Eastenders instead.

Ive even got to a point where I am happy to be in work, it means I have something to do that day. It means I can tick another day off. What am I going to do today?!

The fact I check the board before I sleep and then have a peek when I wake usually signifies to me I'm not good for owt until I've been.

Even then the recover two weeks renders me bloody useless.

I would be much more excited if I didn't have 7 A Level exams between now and then..

I do keep having revision 'breaks' to check on here etc though, think I'd be doing better if I didn't have the distraction of glasto!

I'm going with four others (three have been before, one hasn't) but I feel like I'm the most excited among us. I want to talk about where we want to camp, hear about the bands/acts they want to see, clashes, etc. and they just...don't.

I know I probably enjoy the planning aspect more than they do, but everyone I went with last year was so excited and I'm not sure what's changed. TBH it makes me feel a bit strange...good thing I found this forum I guess!

Sat in the sun listening to Bob Marley & the Wailers at the moment. Reading this forum and imagining how good the wailers will be in the sunshine on the Sunday I've got the biggest smile on my face. Took me 3 goes to write this!!

I have been using Clashfinder, packing and picking up tidbits, listening to bands on the lineup, even counted the exact number of shifts I have at work until Glastonbury :P its getting sad

It's crazy how much the planning and excitement for these five days of glastonbury have taken over our lives since last October, and it's intensifying day by day. Every social gathering, every Whatsapp conversation, every Spotify playlist, every bloody thought. Glastonbury Glastonbury Glastonbury!

I am sooo excited, can't stop thinking about it. I keep nipping out to the garage and gloating over all our stuff. When I'm in work I have a tab open with the forum and if I get a chance i get my fix of the chat that way. Lots of people I work with are going but they don't seem as excited as I am!!!

I'm getting there. If try hard enough I can still have a conversation without mentioning Glastonbury but it is an effort. Waiting to do my Clashfinder and print it off. Any reason why the print advisory is currently at 4?

Too excited to be useful - if I let myself start thinking about it I get all overexcited and just want to jump around, it's stopping me packing and bits no good need to check it's all still there!

I am in the very lucky but unexpectedly weird situation of going on hols to Spain the week before Glasto.

I have barely thought about holiday at all.

And i have no idea if i'll be able to switch off from thinking about GF and just lay about poncing around.

Its free booze though, so i might get fucko'd for a week as practice.

Taking my wife to Dubai for a 'womb leaving' party on the 19th.

Back the 23rd,off to Glastonbury the 24th with my eldest daughter then taking my wife for her hysterectomy on the 30th.

Then 2 weeks off minding kids!

On yes the World Cup as well.

      I think they'll end up doing something due to pressure and bad PR. Maybe they do a discount code for next year or bar credit or something along those lines.    I agree though. I acknowledge that the lineup is huge but surely you can't cancel 33% of the headliners and not reimburse in some way. Their insurance will probably cover their fees for MA, Doja, Bad Gyal and Mac DeMarco due to force majeure.

      Enough has been covered about how much of a sh*t show that was, so I'll just say, Massive Attack and it's relationship with this festival (and potentially me) are f**king cursed.    They were announced in 2020 when I first got excited about seeing them. They were subsequently on the poster for 21, 22 and now 26. This time I was in actually in the crowd close to the stage waiting for them twice haha. I give up!
