I'm feeling like a right lightweight with my 20 cans of cider. Only drinking four days, as I'll drive home on Sunday... Five per days does me....

Today I have vacuum compressed my sleeping bag and clothes. SO. MUCH. FUN. My kit is now a third of the size. I've also sorted out my driving insurance (sharing the driving with Papa A), cleaned the car (heaven for the drive home), and started getting myself ready (haircut, leg wax, all the usual girlie tasks).

Not much left to do now - as usual I'll probably spend the next three days packing and unpacking my bag in a mad 'have-I-got-everything' panic.

80 x Strongbow Dark Fruits cans = £64

40 x Strongbow Citrus Edge cans = £32

40 x Fosters cans = £20

80 x Carlsberg cans = £40

Total £216

Total 360 cans, shared by 4 people for 5 days, 18 cans each a day.

Off to buy a new waterproof coat today. I've heard they made a great sun shelter if you tie them between tents.

Also going to put petrol in my car, get my last bit of shopping, and do a final check of tyre pressures, etc.
