Chase & Status and Foals are definitely good shots, although knowing Rob perhaps too obvious?

OutKast could be on, might be out of the running for T (and potentially Wireless) if they are doing this US festival the week after T that has hinted at having them. Perhaps they'll be over later, rather than June/July as we first thought?

I can live with that.

Foals, Jack White, Vampire Weekend, Chase & Status, Morrissey, Portishead, Pixies, Major Lazer... There are plenty of other potential headliners that are 'smaller' than OutKast.

True, Outkast being the 'biggest' isn't a particulalrly impressive claim by other standards but the Bestival haven't shied away form 'smaller' headliners (Snoop, New Order, Fatboy Slim/Flaming Lips). Pixies and Jack White would fit pretty well.

Outkast are a massive selling band across the world, speakerboxx/love below is 11x Platinum. So in those terms, they probably would be the biggest headliner if you look at that way, and plenty of other excellent headliner options.
