Unless Frank is coming back

Good point... he doesnt seem to be doing anything after Pure Love.... if he rejoins them really would not be surprised to see them get a main stage slot as well.

I've honestly only ever met one person who listens to Pierce the Veil in my life. Actually they don't even listen to Pierce the Veil any more. Who are their fans? Is it those weird teenagers dressed in all black who hang around shopping centres and other weird public places all day (there's a group of them that live outside a fucking church near me)?

Most likely

I honestly think Reading books all the bands people were bullied for liking in school.

Panic at the Disco, Pierce The Veil, All Time Low, Alexisonfire all there

And yes I only know one PTV fan and you've described them perfectly, I swear it's impossible to like them after you've turned 15... or is it just some people are permanently weird for the rest of their life.

Can someone not confiscate this guy's keyboard or something?

Coming from someone who when I was 12 used to love My Chemical Romance, Bring Me The Horizon, 30 Seconds To Mars, Panic at the Disco etc.. I know first hand that liking these bands was something you didn't mention in school unless you wanted someone to look at you funny.

Pierce the Veil had one of the loudest crowds I've ever seen at Slam Dunk Wales... certainly seem to have very passionate fans. One of their albums is pretty decent and they were very good live. Will watch if no one else is on at the same time that I really want to see.

The reason they're been announced exclusively on their own is blatantly because they wanted to announce their comeback tonight and R&L didn't want to do a full announcement tonight...?

I'm not saying they won't be 4th, I just don't really get how you've gone from saying they'll be 7th down to saying there won't be anyone added above them in 4th for no reason.

Because they haven't been slotted in between Pierce The Veil and Marmozets and for £70 they know they can sell tickets off of that top section without spending on what they don't need.

I'll admit it makes it look better if they did slot in there, not sure I care if they do though.

I once wore an MCR top to school on a dress down day and never got bullied, got to say that's a load of bollocks.

Really? I used to remember kids who deemed themselves as 'emo' used to have a hierarchy of who was the most emo.

I remember someone once saying? "You like MCR? You better take that shirt off, don't wanna look like a wannabe"

Oh god I never thought i'd channel this period of my life ever again... oh well at least I wasn't obsessed with Oasis.

Well obviously PTV weren't going to be 4th down...? I'd say the possibilities were either AOF 4th with PTV 5th, or someone else (Gaslight) 4th with AOF 5th and PTV6th.

Gah so many abbreviations.

Never proclaimed myself an emo, at the end of the day wore what I wanted and liked whatever bands I liked and pretty much all of them I still do. Had some of the most chavy friends at school and no one was funny about it, but maybe that's because I didn't have the 'emo' look...

Panic, Fall Out Boy and MCR were massive at my school in 2005-2008, nobody got bullied for liking music.

    • It was never going to be great was it, there is comments of Mickey Mouse all over socials lol which is very similar to Glastonbury.  Someone I know from RIP watched Welcome to the Jungle and left and they went saying they've got to see GNR. It was the only day not to see out as well.
    • I decided to goto bed early for the Aussie game rather than stay up for Scotland. I don't regret my decision, I also love the complete over reaction during the world cup when a player has 1 good game, that Watford winger is now everyones dream signing. Its also funny when clubs get into the hype and end up overpaying for someone who then does nothing in the prem.
