I've performed in so many rainy Nottinghill Carnivals, it don't matter. The music will shine loud. Very very very very very much looking forward to the Gully.

The Gully sound amazing and has possibly already become my favourite place this year and will definitely pull me in. Pretty likely but hopefully some tasty Carribean food and a decent bar.

Only problem is after a smoke or 2 and too many Rum and Ginger beers I'll forget who I am and start speaking like this.

I don't like the look of the new dance tent, it seems too long. If there aren't any side entries (I can't tell) then some people will be miles back from the DJs unless they are placed in central area.

The outside amphitheatre sounds good though. Sometimes I like to chill out for a bit whilst having a drink & not go raving for a full set.

The blurb indicates that the new dance tent is open sided. Looking at the picture I can see how this would work and I think I like it! I am also very excited about the gully. I loved Shackney in Shangrila but it didn't return The Gully is sounding very much like an extended Shackney. I may find it very hard not to spend the whole weekend there!

Looks like a larger version of the types of tents they use in The Glade.
