'Mad Sounds' is such a terrible song title, nice tune though. As stated above, is a little reminiscent of Sunday Morning.

Setlist is solid at the start and the end, but they may well lose the crowd a bit in the middle if they play that at Glastonbury.

Liking the 2 new ones (even if they are just rough recordings) Is it just me who really doesn't like hellcat? I dont care for it at all. Would love them to drop it for twyw or an older track

The show in Sweden last night gets very bland reviews. Best was a 3 out of 5 and that one they got an extra point only for their setlist. they seem to still be the same live band as they always been.

They played in Denmark two nights ago, and now they have two shows left before Glastonbury.

In Denmark they played

Do I Wanna Know

Brianstorm

Dancing Shoes

Teddy Picker

Crying Lightning

Don't Sit Down

Fake Tales

View FTA

Old Yellow Bricks

Pretty Visitors

I Bet You Look Good

Do Me A Favour

Cornerstone

Suck It And See

Mad Sounds

R U Mine?

When The Sun Goes Down

Fluorescent Adolescent

505

I know it's hard to tell what's likely to happen at Glastonbury, but the only bit i'd be worried about in that setlist would be the Cornerstone-Suck It and See-Mad Sounds trio. The rest is a decent festival setlist, not what i'd choose personally, but I believe it would go down well. I'm a fan of R U Mine and When The Sun ending the main set at least.

I'd also guestimate we'll be getting something new next week....

In other news, different sources have said a September release for the record, and a UK tour in September, but they already have US dates in September, so it'll probably be later in the year, ala 2011.

So on the off chance we might go and see them, are they better a lot better live now than they used to be?

Saw them in 2006 and 2009 (I think right with those dates) and wasn't really impressed, although loved the first album and have liked bits of the other albums since.

Heard the new on XFM this morning ...just came across dull, mind I've never really like any of their slower paced songs sadly....well that's a bit harsh I liked what they was trying to do, it feels more like an album filler track to me than a big show opener.
