Playing European festivals between the 13-23rd June - Sweden , Denmark, Germany then no more yet announced dates ..... would be free for glastonbury

they havnt actually played since 2007

they've got to be one of the names that was considered by Glasto I'd have thought, just because there's such a small pool of acts who could realistically headline.

Their already-announced shows suggest that Glastonbury could be added to them, but they're probably one of the lesser possibilities.

How is too recently since they last played?? 6yrs is ages ... Plus people like Radiohead seem to turn up on a far more regular basis and no one considers the gap between their performances?

I'd love it.

They've came on leaps and bounds since 07, much maturer, very different band if you will,I'd say best British band of the last 20 years, some run them close, but they are the best from the present generation imo!

Id not call Thom and Johnny on their own, or full band playing K.OL without any show a full set.

Quite like them nowadays actually; a lot of decent tunes on their later albums, just the albums in general are a bit 'meh'. Would like to see them, but just not exciting enough for a headliner for me. If they hadn't started off as such a huge band, and were lower slots I think I would be a lot more excited about the prospect of seeing them live.

Although, Diva Sam makes a good point. They haven't had a radio hit for a while, must be shit

Probably one of their best songs they've done as well.

Not a fan of the Artics. I don't know how he comes across live but in every show I've watch on tv he seems to lack prescence and looks bored in a lot of them. You know one of those people who annoys you and you have no idea why? He's one of those for me. There's only a couple of songs I like too.

Pretty sure they're joking saying bands shouldn't headline because of their lack of recent Radio 1 hits. I hope so anyway.
