I think most countries would care about putting England out, whether there's history or not. I don't think it's unfair to say (just a guess of course) England would be one of the most disliked teams at any international tournament. I'd say it's probably mainly due to factors outside of the actual football side of the team rather than football itself, but it all reflects. It's arguably due to things which have happened in the past, but cliches stick in football.

Not been announced whether it'll carry on later today or be rescheduled.

Joking aside the game definately had to be stopped and If it's still chucking it down like it was I think it'll be postponed until tomorrow. Shame, I was quite looking forward to it.
