Which day are you saying is the weakest here?

Even though the mainstage is the weakest on the sunday. Friday overall is the weakest day imo

Yes the mainstage on the sunday is w*nk, but it has big ticket sellers beyond blink. Macklemore, Disclosure, The 1975, The Horros etc. So i'm surprised that the Friday sold out first.

To be honest I doubt The Horrors are going to shift tons of tickets on their own

But the Friday is probably the strongest day as it has two headliners and a lot of positions right. The NME is strong and Gerard Way is a big draw on its own while Friday has been seen by weak by many people and I don't think I have heard any of my mates say it is their favourite day (most say it is the worst)

EDIT: Dam it Dental

Agreed with everyone saying friday is the strongest, if they spread some of those bands out to saturday and sunday I might have been able to have full days but I'm going to be clash central on friday with all the good new bands playing too.

Everyone on here seems to really overrate how popular The Horrors are, saw a bit of their IOW performance on telly and they were playing to hardly anyone.

By everyone on here do you mean Matt? Most people on here seem to like The Horrors and stuff but I doubt anyone could argue their popularity, with them still having to do the same sized venues as five years ago and uncomfortable support slots.

Yeah I don't anyone with half a brain cell is under the impression that The Horrors are particularly popular. Most people like them, but that isn't the same as overrating their popularity.

Sweethead just got announced for Pukkelpop on the same days as Queens, wonder if they'll do R&L too? Could be the secret set? (I can't remember if the day was specified)

Doubt it as they're not a big name but they could be added anyway.

I don't think they were boring. Crowd seemed kinda bored when they were playing though sadly.

    • It was great, but I don't know why they continue to play Wide Lovely Eyes and Rings of Saturn, which are the weakest of the tracks off both PTSA and ST. Well, I do. It's cos they're about Suzie, so he can sing what he wants. They're the low points of the set. The rest is ace.
    • I didn't this time, but I've seen them before and just because you saw both that night doesn’t mean you can compare them. The Stones were great, but.you didn't think so and you went somewhere else looking for a good time and you found it. For whatever reason you didn't like it, but you were an outlier and all the reviews said they were great.
    • Annie Lennox could be the one to unite the whole forum, nobody has a bad word to say about her, even noted curmudgeon Skip 😄 I'd probably even amble along for a bit meself, and i'm also a miserable sod
    • If the below link works - thats interesting.   While I don't particularly put much stock in that account as a source (never seen it before though, tbf), and I can pick a hole or two (see below) in what he says - the timing of it is a week before I had the Fontaines '27 stadium info (same stadium he says on there, Tottenham). The info, or part of it, matches up.   Holes I'd pick: I'd have to watch again but I THINK he says 'end of year' for Tottenham - not possible, for a number of reasons, though he's probably just got his words mixed up there. It's Summer '27, or that's what I've been told. He also says Glastonbury is/would be based on how the album does. That doesn't stack up to me, unless it was a 2028 thing. I suppose that could stack up, i.e a verbal agreement for 2028, but still seems a bit of an odd approach. I would personally still expect it to be 2027 alongside the stadium gigs, IF they are gonna do it, though I've still not got a Scooby when the album is gonna drop, only that the tour is due for Spring (or early) next year.   Interesting, nonetheless.   https://www.instagram.com/reel/DaOB3Q9qkwW/
    • I was hoping that they would just do a tour like they were set to in 2020, rather than having Download as their UK appearance. If they are at DL, I would be surprised to see them headline. I think they sub under Deftones or SOAD
