People shouldn't forget that after wishing for light cloud cover/a bit of shade/ a light rain shower (heaven forbid) after 2010, the weather gods would have punished us not just in 2011, but 2012 too (if it was on).

The lesson to be learned is there should be NFR and we will NFC.
