Depends if you count Wednesday as a proper festival day. It all starts on Thursday evening really and main stages don't start until Friday.

I love just pottering about on Weds and Thurs, some of my funniest memories!

I've got the same as you... our group of 12 have zero chance of the 4am return 🤣 I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. Ecstatic about the outbound.

I'd assumed it was Digbeth Coach Station, but it's opposite Arcadian/near Hippodrome! Early taxi from the Black Country. Cannot wait!

Hahaha good luck! I have got a see tickets coach before and they didn’t check our times they just ushered us on, so you might be in luck if you get a later coach back possibly. We are staying over the night before in Birmingham and it’s my wife’s birthday so hopefully won’t get out of a hand before that early coach!

cracking result that from the resale

Thank you. Friends got resale tickets from Taunton at 4:45, so it does seem resale tickets are on latter coaches, apart from Glasgow

So, worst case scenario just happened. Not only is our coach to glasto in the afternoon, but the return one to Brighton is also late in the afternoon and we won't make it back in time for our flight home. We even booked an evening flight (8pm!!) trying to avoid this exact situation but still no luck lol Any chance we could hop on an earlier coach? I checked nat express and it's fully booked so I'm kinda freaking out. I guess the only other option would be the train.

Do you think it's worth emailing glasto and asking for a change? I know they don't usually allow it, but idk I'm lowkey panicking right now. Any advice would be highly appreciated!

I can imagine the 4am coach will have a lot of spaces!

You /should/ be fine to get an earlier coach.

if your flight back depends on it, maybe consider getting the train back?

If there is space on the coach, they will let you on

That’s mine just arrived in my inbox.

depart Glasgow 2300 Tuesday, depart 1030 Monday. Happy with that.

That’s really good. I know folk who did that a few years ago. Great time to arrive, a kip on the way down, refreshed for pitching up and a bus full of comatose zombies on the way home😊😉

Got a Reading Thursday 1pm out, 2pm return. Seen someone else get Reading Thursday 3.30pm out and 5pm return. Horrific times and surprised they do them that late to be honest.

Pay the same price (more really cos of the coach), and miss 1 + 3/4 days of the festival!

Having this exact rant right now 😂

Should be a discount for Thursday let's face it

How strict are they on the no trolly policy if I arrive with a folded up Andes wagon , about 30” tall when folded

Completely driver discretion. I’ve seen trolleys be fine and then some turned away in past years. Official line is no trolleys so it’s a gamble if you do decide to take it

Or some peak camping space is reserved for Thursday arrivals.

A Thursday arrival camp site would be incredibly easy to implement and probably make the whole thing a lot easier / less stressful.

Of course Wednesday is super chill, but there is still an official lineup on the website. Same with Thursday. So if you're arriving after something like Glade / Levels has opened I feel you should get £75 off or something
