Too early? Too late. I start this topic after Billie Eilish - already - announced her huge worldwide tour for 2025 including a Summer Tour from April 23th to July 27th in Europe. She hasn't announced any shows in Belgium and has a gap between July 15th and July 7th. She would be a perfect headliner at RW on July 4th or 5th. And I image her headlining Glastonbury the weekend before.

Metallica (there was a strong rumor for 2025 EU festivals)

Pearl Jam

Imagine Dragons

Twenty One Pilots (supposed to play Sportpaleis, but that was cancelled last-minute)

Eminem

Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds

I think it’s time for Metallica to play Graspop finally…

I think Olivia rodrigo has a great shot of headlining next year

I'd love to finally see her live but can't imagine her headlining RW. Her fanbase is still a bit too specific, not the same aura as an headliner like Dua Lia or Billie Eilish. But she could be a strong co-headline or sub. I imagine her more headlining Pukkelpop.

Do RW do earlybirds?

Nop.

Paul McCartney announce his very short European Tour for December with only shows in Paris, Madrid, Manchester and London. Before some festivals next Summer? He could be at RW (or TW Classic).

Just an idea...

Thursday: Paul McCartney - London Grammar - Rag'n'Bone Man.
Friday: Imagine Dragons - Post Malone - Goldband.
Saturday: Billie Eilish - Twenty One Pilots - Thirty Seconds To Mars.
Sunday: Pearl Jam - Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds - Dean Lewis.

Dua Lipa sold out 2x Sportpaleis in 2022 and is now considered one of the bigger headliners this year. Olivia Rodrigo sold out her 2 Sportpaleis shows this year even quicker than Dua did. She's definitely ready for it.

I actually think we might get both Billie Eilish and Rodrigo next year.

I can’t see Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds playing second last anymore. If he’s playing RW, he’ll close down the main stage. And definitely not play before a big act like Pearl Jam.

I think Macca will do the 50th.

    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
    • Yeah, I admit that a small part of me felt relieved when they announced that MA are canceled.. But on the positive side- got to see Florence Road afterall, and they were great
    • Glad I could take the €3 bus to Playa Catalunya! Hope y'all warm and dry up.
