Anyone know roughly how it takes to get the download link for the ticket app? Been an hour now and still haven't got it though and the portal just shows confirmation of my ticket but no details ie seat

Does anyone know how strict they are with the entry time slot? We’ve got 5.30 - 6 which seems a bit early..

According to my friend it's more of a guidance thing as opposed to a set time you have to arrive.

We were about an hour later than our allotted time slot for the Germany game and had no issues at all.
