That's it then. I think we'll get a speech from Trump at some point in the next couple days saying "I won't legally fight the election, but it's clear it was rigged"

Last tweet may support this type of thinking.

He claimed the last election was rigged because he didn't get the popular vote so he set up a task force to make it more secure in future elections a few years ago is what I think he's talking about with the "thanks to the trump administration" comment but really that's not something to boast about it if he does think it was rigged as it would just show as another failure in the reign then.

It seems Trump is starting the acceptance stage of grief.... I think he will wait another week or so before he's ready to go and it will be something like I'll be back bigger and stronger to fight these cheating Democrats - I'll fight for you etc etc.. just to fire up his support base as remember Dems really need those 2 run off seats in Jan to be an effective government

I think Trump is going to give in at this press conference now. Lawsuits dropped or thrown out, all the states projected and a huge win for Biden. There’s nothing to contest now. He will just say it was rigged and they stole it, but time to move on.

Gives his supporters to get riled up by for the Georgia run offs and keeps him in prime spot to challenge for 2024, with the foundation of his campaign already set (Democrats are anti American, stole the election etc)

No chance.

The conference is apparently about Operation Warp Speed, aka his coronavirus vaccination plan that he’s claiming had something to do with the Pfizer vaccination even though they claim to have taken no money from him specifically so Trump couldn’t lay claim to it.

IF he concedes I think we’ll still have to wait a while.

    • Yep - should have been the Stones.
    • Yeah I do agree on the 2 hour thing. But if they were subbed by Biffy/WA only doing 75 mins or so would be doable.   Only reason I suggested them was because we know they're back doing shows here next year.
    • Its probably the culmination of issues that have been simmering under the surface for a while. Spain ran a regularisation program recently that allows undocumented individuals to obtain temporary legal status and then a route to EU citizenship. 1.2 million applied. At the same time Montenegro is having to close its citizenship via investment program as part of EU ascension talks.    Countries are obviously asking, why are we having to reject investors whilst others can wave anyone in?
    • I'm not sure, they aren't giving any headliner in that format 2hours and Foos would have at least 2. I wouldn't say Reading is likely for them next year either. If they are as said going big on a tour with stadiums and festivals then the UK is once place they can definitely do stadiums and that would rule them out. And that's even if they come back for a second UK stint as I fully expect them in Europe from very early. That could be seen as hyperthetical but there are is some places I cannot see them not doing from history.
