Possibly so but the majority of owners only seem to care about the financial side of the things so if they were hit with hefty fines (rather than the pathetic ones they tend to get given) it might make them think twice. 

I disagree with it hugely but unfortunately I don't think anything is likely to happen off the back of this and the clubs will get away with it.

If the punishment affects fans then tough. It's up to them to take it up with those who caused the punishment in the first place.

I struggle to work out if Arsenal poor season is down to Arteta or not. You think Arsenal should be doing better, but I'm not sure that squad should be much higher. Their recruitment has been terrible the last few years.

I think a better manager could do better with Aubameyang, Lacazette, Saka, Ceballos, Ozil/Odegaard, Partey, Smith-Rowe...

Defence is absolute dogshit though.

I would take every squad above Arsenal apart from West Ham. The performances are poor, but in terms of league position it's not miles below where I would expect.
