Twisting my words to suit your agenda 😄

Enjoyed the previous ones, so will def pop in tonight if I'm at home. Told my mate I bubble with earlier I can't be going around his if he's going to be hanging around with another man (his neighbour might be coming around to watch the football apparently) behind my back. So there could be trouble in paradise!

I’ve been busy painting the crane green ... as we are unable to paint the town red these days ......hope you managed to get your jab ok @grumpyhack 🙂

Yep, I was a brave soldier.  I hate needles but this was so painless that I didn't think I'd been jabbed.  It was the first day of jabbing at a local leisure centre. All very well organised but a bit of a queue - reminded me a bit of an airport check in queue - if you can remember the days of holiday flights.  I had the Pfizer one.  I've been warned that my arm might hurt like hell tonight to Ibuprofen at the ready. Now a wait for the letter for my second appointment.

@grumpyhack pleased you have had it done!! From experience would recommend the ibuprofen and paracetamol!! I had awful back ache for 24hrs but to be fair I also had another hormone injection earlier in the week so not sure which one was causing backache!! Our whole team was jabbed and some had no symptoms others a sore arm!!!

I think it more the hormone jab than the covid jab to be honest as it was the first one of those!! We will see when i have second hormone jab in 2 weeks time!!

Glad it went well

My mum had hers on Tuesday (Oxford one) and she's felt a bit wiped but overall she was happy with it.

    • Had a lovely day in Prague now off to the festival. Very excited hope we all have fun regardless of weather!!
    • Iran are winning. If US aren't going to do the full invasion thing, then they may as well admit defeat and do what is needed to get the strait opened. Iran obviously have decided they can take any pain and stick it out as they have all the cards with this Hormuz thing. But obviously Trump can't admit defeat, and Israel just want this to keep going...and maybe it will carry on like this till after elections in both US and Israel towards the end of this year. God knows how the global economy will be by then.
    • All kicking off in N Ireland, all aided and abetted on videos that get circulated on social media and Elon Musk and Tommy Robinson telling people to take to the streets. Social media needs regulating same as publishers, if they have algorithms that push whatever to people then they are effectively publishers anyway. The problem is just going to get worse and worse.
