I think that’s a fair take, on the scale of mistakes it’s very low and is easily done. I think an apology here would suffice.

These low level things the press are doing is causing more issues. 

I can’t believe people forget .... but I know of plenty of my colleagues who have forgotten.... so she’s no different to them in that
