Pendulum Trinity

Has anyone seen these guys since half of Pendulum have reformed & playing live again?

Seem to be playing smaller dance music orientated festivals but otherwise kind of not appearing at the larger ones.

I would love to see them again at Glastonbury despite 2011 being a bit, not rubbish but not great. I blame subbing BeyoncĂ© not being the best choice to put them but they’d already headlined Other in 2009 & looked like they smashed it.

I believe Trinity is their DJ show and not the full live band, so is probably why they are doing more low key stuff. Hoping we get a new album this year as theyve been teasing stuff for a while, will be interesting how they try to update their sound as the recent Knife Party EPs have been shite

I saw Pendulum (not Trinity) at Reading in 2018 and they were absolutely excellent. One of the best shows I've seen for years.

I also saw them at Glastonbury 2011 and it wasn't a good show. I heard somewhere that the show helped their decision to break up/go on hiatus, so slightly worried that they won't touch Glastonbury again.

As we know from 2011, it would need to be a night time performance and they were subbing Pyramid, so I think Other headliner would suit them.

Here’s hoping. Seen them 10+ times & have always been brilliant with their live act except that Glasto sub performance, I guess there was a crowd their for BeyoncĂ© & being on during day light didn’t work for me despite seeing them at Reading in a tent. It was mad (skip the crap interview at the beginning in the vid).

I’m jealous I didn’t go to Glasto in 2009. Missed Pendulum & Bloc Party headline The Other stage.

I reckon Pendulum would be best suited headlining John Peel these days?

Other stage to be honest.... perfect spot for them like the Chem Bros

Ive not seen them for a good few years now. Would LOOOOVE if they played live again this year.

Their stock is nowhere near as high as it was, to mention in the same sentence as The Chemical Brothers is just down right disrespectful.

I forgot how awesome that gig was. Was never really a Pendulum fan but was dragged to this set by a mate and it was quality

Also playing Rampage, videos on youtube of this event show some great visuals set up for the acts, they look like they are playing more events than last year.

Shame to see Noisia look like they are are splitting up.

Modestep also look to be touring again.

    • First thing I saw on socials today were people talking about Limp Bizkit spending most of their set dicking about, does not surprise me.
