Not sure what the crowd would have looked like at the Other Stage but it seemed really busy at West Holts. My gf at the time wanted to see Ed Sheeran, so having left her off, I was about 15/10 mins late arriving to Justice. I think Sunday is gonna be a time for rocking out, be it Biffy, Foals or Royal Blood. Haven’t checked the dates so maybe one of them can’t do it. But that feels logical. I hope so. I also thinks PSB and Taylor are more similar than different. PSB would be perfect the first day as initially were rumoured. I still thinking that Foals can be on Other on Sunday as it just feels logical and their tour schedule has that day free.

I'm dubious about Camilla, can't see why she would be coming all the way across the pond to play second stage, and I don't think shes big enough for a pyramid slot (Plus I presume the time at which she was being booked would have been about the time she had numerous scandals which would have been working against her). If she has been booked I reckon probably Other sub below Calvin, with J Hus below Pet Shops and London Grammar getting dropped The Editors rumour I have been doubting for a while. If i remember the person who shared that info had floated it as Editors have been booked as an indie alternative on the friday to the two main stages. hat made sense when we thought it was Pet Shop Boys Friday, but I imagine there would be a reasonable crossover between Editors and Royal Blood. Plus I reckon they wouldnt want to clash Charli and Twigs on the Sat (and Twigs wouldnt wanna clash with Kendrick).
TheDayman
Just looking at a few videos I picked up at Justice and it's made me wonder... From the predictions I've read so far, they seem to be light on the heavy/rocky/electro end. 2016 saw Underworld, 2017 had Justice and 2019 should have had the Prodigy (Jon Hopkins could maybe fall in as heavy electro too). Any predictions down that end of the musical spectrum? Also the Prodigy put out they were back in the studio recording new music last August... Highly unlikely but just saying 🤷♂️

Lana/Wolf Alice/Four Tet clash is horrible. A run of Kacey > Cat Stevens > Fontaines DC > Dua> Wolf Alice/Lana depending on timings > Kendrick is one of the best days I could have at a festival in terms of music, performance, rock, pop fun. Saturday is a little weak in comparison for me. The clashes at the top are ridiculous, I don't really wanna watch Noel but I wanna get a good spot for McCartney so it all depends on timings. I'd love to see Big Theif but the run from Park > Pyramid would kill me, would also like to see Idles but again timings. Sunday. is what I expect it to be most my day on the Pyramid. There are too many million-sellers of yore together, need something R1 friendly as a daytime filler. TLC wouldn’t make it far past lunchtime, no. But I’d say they’d be WH if at all. I mean I think most people agree on the Aerosmith<Noel<Paul run and that Crowded House are probably on the mainstage too. That sorta only leaves 2 spare slots (that realistically are going to go to more poppier acts). Gues Cabello could be in instead of Stefani, and maybe Kacey on first? Dunno where else Elbow would fit at this point tbh, and considering how much Michael loves them, theyre festo regulars, havent played a proper slot at G for a while etc. I wouldn't be suprised to see them there (plus it breaks up the pop a bit but they have enough hits to keep the crowd somewhat entertained) EDIT (forgot to answer the rest): Regarding Capaldi, I reckon if he was booked again this time last year it wouldnt be impossible for him to be third/fourth (see R+L). Hes already played Glasto off this album cycle, so if he is there I reckon thats about where we would see him (wanted him third ideally but I think Dua/Alicia/Aersomith have those slots on lock) Regarding Secret Sets, I thought they'd be gone too. However, with Emily teasing "big surprises" I wouldn't be that surprised to see some of the local festival favourites (Muse, Coldplay, Blur) come back for some special sets, even if they are only 30 mins or something. Would explain why the field needs to be enlarged too, but reckon most people would probably miss it as its early and none are too much of a rarity (other than Blur). Biffy is there because they have teased they are playing and I doubt they will be subbing again (but they are clashing with the legend slot to keep crowds small). Kasabian are nearby and seem like a good fit for a Killers style slot too (which clashes with Aerosmith) Edited March 1, 2020 by Mattymooz

She’s gone from Europe by then. The run is around glasto and there’s no U.K. date. Also with someone independent of this forum saying they’ve heard she’s doing it I reckon she’s in. She won’t demand a huge slot. 2nd / 3rd down other stage is possible. It reminds me a lot of the Lorde booking in 2017. My guess is she’s on the Saturday.
