The way they’ve slipped “official” in there seems to me that it’s just a matter of time. Might be wrong.

they said the same wording when asked about J Hus last year, and he ended up playing when it seemed well unlikely

wouldn't mind if she went, shame for people who bought a ticket but beni is so cheap anyway. Do you think 1975 or someone else would get bumped up?

she’s also playing Super Bock Super Rock on the 18th July and they supposedly confirmed on a comment that she hasn’t cancelled so it will be safe to assume that she’s going to be free during the time of Benicassim

They confirmed it to me on Facebook and to others on Twitter, but i will believe 100% just when we know the gigs cancelled.

Anyone stayed in Hotel Orange before? Going to cost quite a bit more than usual but happy to pay it if it’s worth it

Not officially but did stay there for a few nights back in 2016 with some mates when we couldn't be bothered to get a taxi back to oropesa. Seemed decent enough, everyone is there for the fest too so it's a good vibe.

Stayed last year and it is pricey but probs worth it imo. The year before stayed in an Airbnb a bit out and it was a pain. But in that hotel could see the stage from our balcony and could walk no bother. Hotel itself is pretty nice too.

    • Same’s happened at MSG recently with Rush and Phish alternating nights. I guess each band has its own unique production so their riggers will be kept busy
    • The rumour was uk arena tour late this year.  Same as Charli xcx cant be announced until Reading headline is done.
    • Latest from the sun at least is that harry is still headlining but Olivia has turned down a spot next year to work on new music and hope for 2028.   So they can't have Fender, Fontaines, Harry, Olivia and Madonna.
    • I mean I don't think EC and FFDP are borderline sub, they wouldn't be any lower now.   2025 is about as strong as Bloodstock gets yet this year only one headline would sub and the others would play 3rd down or lower.    Machine Head wouldn't sub at Download regardless of rarity, they don't sell enough tickets and I'm not sure Gojira would sub either. Their last UK tour was a mix of smaller arenas and academy dates. Ally Pally being the only London date, not even Wembley Arena.
    • live music / main stage will generally end around 11pm but theres dj’s and late goings on right till 4am if you are so inclined.   Drinks are about £7.50 a pint probably and yes theres lots of mixed drinks / spirits / cocktails available to buy   wonderful festival, back for my third year in a row and 4th overall
