Nah it wasn't. It was amped up. He even said "If I was a professional, I would have a pedal for this." Every other band I saw on the acoustic stage managed to get this bit right but this incompetent fool didn't so we had to listen to him retune his guitar through the PA system several times for him to only go and butcher Heroes by Bowie.
