I got my ticket!  But agree it was a bit weird - my son got through about 5 seconds before me and bought mine but all I got was car parking option, telling me I had to select a ticket type but there was no admission ticket available - so I reckon we were exactly on the cusp of when they sold out

Got mine! Was shaking like a leaf. It will be my first Glastonbury and being there to see Radiohead headline has long been a dream of mine. I am feeling rather blessed this morn! Sorry to everyone who was not so lucky, it was a nerve shredding experience.

The system actually let me put In everyones registration details and before it would let me enter debit card details it then came up with the words 'SOLD OUT'. I hope the fleas of 1000 camels infest the arse crack of whoever owns/runs seetickets.. Bitter and twisted? You betcha!

This happened to me as well got registrations in but when I pressed proceed it sent me back to holding page, kept pressing back but got stuck in a loop never went through to payment page - any ideas why this happened? Tried a new browser on the original address and same thing happened when I got the reg page on that.

This is pretty much exactly what my friend said happened to him too

Had the same thing happen to me but someone else in our group got the remaining tickets for us.

It's because tickets are reserved for about 5 mins when someone gets through (EDIT: I mean other people got through before you, if that wasn't clear), so technically they're still available. Until they're paid for of course :(

I got my tickets at 9.01 it was so surreal getting through so early. Over the moon! Sorry to everyone who missed out. Still plenty of opportunities to get there, do a Lucy and keep the faith!

Congrats and great place you live! #HeightsOfAbraham

Do we think that the timer that is now present when entering card details is the reason for all of the 'Tickets Currently Unavailable?'

Yes I reckon so. It'll show Sold Out if there are ticket sales pending with the timer running, but then if anything causes any of those sales to fail (eg. rejected payment) the tickets become available again.

First time I've ever seen the countdown timer for payments - is this the first time it's ever been used?
