Seriously don't take pills. If you're want mdma get it in the crystal form. Should be small colourless crystals, or with a slightly brown hue if it's a higher purity. Anyone  who buys pills and drops 2 straight away is a dope anyway. Take one, wait an hour and see how you feel.

surely far easier for people to cut MDMA with other shite than it is to meddle with pills? most cases of people dying from pills seems to be a total lack of understanding rather than the pill being bad in itself

fairly sure the ones i currently have are higher than 250mg (260mg i believe) but obviously starting with halves is a given for me and my friends, especially as i haven't done any since New Years whereas in previous years it had been a monthly (at least) pleasure

these high content pills are of course great for frequent users, including better value for money, but for people dabbling for the first time it can obviously lead to problems

obviously pills have other things and fillers added in, but with MDMA or other powdered substances it's very easy for anybody handling them to just mix in what they please and make a bigger profit with less product. stuff like this is especially rife at festivals where you can sell somebody a gram of something and then never have to see them again

So what do you think is happening when a pill that weighs a gram has only 250mg of mdma in it? It's usually less than that anyway. When I do it I buy the crystalline form and take about 200mg. Maximum high with minimum shite being ingested.

If you're going to buy at festivals then I reckon the chances of getting ripped is equally bad with pills and powders.

I don't get why, from a business angle, they'd put out such high-strength.  Surely there's more money in keeping to some sort of 'industry standard' level (or below)?

can't argue with that. i get that people are afraid of being busted on the way in, but going to a festival empty handed in the hope of buying it all there is very foolish

i'm guessing a large portion of people aren't quite as familiar with what MDMA should look like and would see an off white powder and think 'yep good enough'

they're coming from the Netherlands where, i assume, there's a bit of a turf war on who can create the highest pills. the highest strength available seems to be rising every year. wouldn't be surprised to see some reach 300mg by next year

If you're known to supply the best pills you'll get all the customers and I assume if the reputation is high you'll be able to end up charging more.

From the article it suggests that people are buying these off the DNM and the dealers are vying with each other to promote their products, hence higher-strength = more popular.

at a guess, there's probably an element of supplier competition within things - buyers want 'good' pills, so someone has made some to fit, and he can sell them as shit hot pills (no doubt with a premium price).

Given that the maximum effective dose is around 125mg, it's all a bit too idiot driven from my perspective ... and I say this as someone the wife calls an elephant head, tho I was lucky enough to be schooled in a 'respect your dangerous drugs' culture back in the dark ages when I was a lad.
