Also, was listening to some Foos today and I'm so hyped. Really hope they headline and that Paramore show up too

can't even explain how much I want to see Paramore there and I don't even know why. I think it's because the thought of Imagine Dragons headlining R&L terrifies me.

I still fondly remember Gazza trying to justify his claim that Reading is in London

Maybe Edduk98 is the new Gazza, makes controversial geographical claims and has two accounts.

Didn't like it at first but then it grows and grows on you! Great album! Would love to see them again! They was amazing in 2014, even with the sound hiccups!

completely agree. I know after laughter got a lot of hate - but irrespective of that, brand new eyes and riot were both absolutely phenomenal albums.

Brand New Eyes will forever be close to my heart. Was only about 10 when it was released and loved it since

Realistically what festival could AM do thats not RandL? Tramlines is not likely at all, there doing TRNSMT with no exclusive alluding to another, not doing Glasgow Sessions, maybe BST but doubtful. I want Foo's since I am seeing AM at TRNSMT and want variety but it does link very nicely:

- No UK exclusive, not saying in the dates, RandL like announcing themselves.

- No English festival date.

- Next chance for AM at Leeds would be 2020 more than likely.

Didn't think there was much of a chance but now I think its likely.

Feel we need a separate thread for discussing whether AM will be there.

Why is tramlines not likely at all?

Sorry, wanted to divert from the discussion of Scotland potentially not in the UK now and constant random posters that we have discussed and I rushed and said this, sorry.

    • We don't have any choice but I don't need a t-shirt for it! 🙂    On the bright side, it gets it out of the way for a nice 5 year run... notwithstanding wars, new contagious diseases and apocalypse.

    • More O2 December dates gone and still no Paul McCartney shows announced
    • Quick question. Rather enjoyed the Rhubarb Cider from the bars. I know Thatchers did the pump ciders but who made the Rhubarb Cider?
    • Top 5 acts of the weekend for me: 1. The Cure 2. my bloody valentine  3. caroline 4. Father John Misty 5. Big Thief   Biggest disappointments: - Slowdive (the mixing/sound just wasn’t right, and that was about 20 rows from the front of the stage) - The xx (also too quiet and marred by talkers who had no interest in the music)    Positives from an organisational sense: - extra water point at Mordor this year - handing out ponchos before the rain and ear plugs before mbv    However…two of the water points had ran out on Saturday evening, which is completely unacceptable when you stop people from bringing in large bottles of water, and charge €4.50 at the bars for a 330ml can
