I guess you should try and do all you can to get the coach as it's what the festival has asked. Although in previous years they've been handed into the box office there's no guarantee they will do that again this year.

I know.  2 on my booking, not lead booker possible will miss but can follow on train.  Surely that can't invalidate the ticket.  Urrgghh

Nah, they will hand it in to box office, mates will just have to queue up for it. If you are in contact with them and know they wont make it, be friendly to the driver and explain the situation. they generally don't want to ruin anyones weekend. We had a group on our coach last time that kept asking the driver to wait as their friends 'were 5 minutes away' when they obviously weren't. The driver waited half an hour but had had enough by then and left, i can guarantee he was far less willing to be kind at the other end following the charade the friends had put on. Just be honest and friendly and the drivers will return the favour.

No, back in October but the way available holiday flights with Mrs Q worked out means we fly back to the UK on Tuesday. So would rather not have any flight delays!
