See Coach times up?

I had a coach resale ticket so only the one email reference - this wouldn't work until after 18:00 today.

 

Seetickets : Leicester coach times for Thursday:- 

• Leicester to Glasto 11:00.
• Glasto to Leicester 10:30.

 

Would be happier with leaving Leicester earlier and Glasto earlier/later as will struggle to get up and pack on Monday as 10:30 is too late to stay up all night/morning but not late enough to get much sleep after a final blow out in naughty corner..

 

Also means I probably won't get through PG-A until 17:00 on Thursday, any ideas what fields will still have decent pitches left at that time - I'd like to get somewhere near John peel tent/Silver haze if possible or is that 100% full by then.

There will still be room in darble just as you come through PGA, which is close to JP and SH.

So Darble, Pylon, rivermeed (if dry this year) might be good options? I assume Michaels meed & Lower meed will be rammed by end Wednesday. 

Don't mind the walk too much as 2016 was stuck at B&W so bused to/from PG-A every day and 2011-2015 CV East and the hill of death to PG-C (having to camp this year due to major fail in October sale.

I camped in Darble the past two years and even come Friday there is still space. Camped in pylon in 2014 and was a similar experience from memory.

Depart: THURS 11:45 Return: MON 14:30. Brighton. Basically the worst I could have gotten.Well, at least I'll be there. 14:30 means the bus is leaving 14:30, right?

Yes but show up early and chance getting on an earlier bus. We are going in try that for a later bus.

My problem is we're travelling from abroad and now we're gonna have to stay another night in Brighton instead of getting a plane home the same evening. That gives some of our group some extra problem.

Try national express to see if you can get an earlier bus that doesn't cost too much. You could also try a train from castle cary but you'd need to get the shuttle bus there.

Is it possible to make a swap with other people for the coach ride home? E.g. they take our coach home and we take their coach home?

Yeah they don't check ID for coach tickets or anything, you just need to have one.

We've got a return coach ticket to London going begging if anyone wants it. We're heading down at 9am but ended up with a 4am return ticket for two in a panic buying error so we'll be getting a National Express home at a more godly hour instead. Doubt there'll be any takers but PM me if so!

If anyone is interesting in a return ticket exchange, I can offer a 14:30 coach to Brighton on Monday in exchange for an earlier coach either to London or Brighton

Depart from Leeds on the Wednesday at 09:30 and I return on the Monday at 11:30.

Not bad, only grunt is that I wanted one Wednesday morning just a tad earlier but 09:30 is still great considering what some people have been given.

Thursday 6:15 from Swansea   

Should get to the site about 9am beats the 7/8pm from Newcastle on the Thursday coach! 

Seats 44 / 45 

Return 4pm  

As we are traveling back to Newcastle we have booked a 10:30am train from Bristol anyone know what the shuttles are like and the cost?

I really don't think they will as it's a pain for them to move someone else off that bus

First time going on the coach this year so sorry if this is a stupid question but what is my e-ticket? Is it the confirmation email do I just screen shot what it says on the order tracker or do I get sent a completely new email with my e-ticket?

The third one. You get a PDF ticket with a bar code that the driver will scan/check. Then at some point in the journey they dispense the festival tickets. I always being ID but they don't usually ask for it.

For some reason I have this week in my head as the date they start emailing them out ie from tomorrow.

I can't see my times - anyone else from Manchester have the same issue? Would dearly love the 6.30am departure. Not bothered about the return. 

First time on a coach in 20 years...  I just know my group are going to grumble.

Anyone know how long the journey is from Bath? I'm guessing it can be no longer than an hour?
