You're welcome.

I'll still double check though as it had moved from the previous years pick up point due to road/building works around the site of the old library and town hall.

@John the Moth - can you see your Brum times on your See Order Tracker?

I couldn't when I checked earlier. I found out my times by using the Live Chat on the See site yesterday and they told me my times, but I still couldn't see them in black and white online.

We are supposed to find them by going to the Customer Service section and using the Order Tracker, yes?

Thanks!

Ben

I asked the live chat earlier and they said mine still haven't been allocated and they will send an email out to confirm shortly

Then I guess I'm at the halfway house of having been allocated, but not yet emailed.

Yes, been on there between 24 and 48 hours.

Yes you're right, it's the Customer Service section. You have to make sure you are using the booking reference for the deposit/coach payment though not the balance payment.

I booked mine in the ticket/coach sale in October and I am the lead booker. If you are not the lead booker, as I wasn't last year, you can use the booking reference and your lead bookers postcode to get at the info.

getting exciting now :D

Just to muddy the waters, my times are up and I haven't received an email (lead booker too).

Gah!

Thanks, John - though now I'm utterly confused!

I don't know if I was lead booker (someone else rather wonderful nabbed it for me and I don't know if they got other Coach tickets at the same time).

I can log on to the Order Tracker using the booking reference for the ticket and see my confirmed, fully paid coach and ticket package, but no obvious sign of where my times might be (I haven't done a See Coach since 2015, so can't remember how it all was then).

I reckon that I have been allocated but it's not yet been updated on my account, no email yada yada

Except that now I'll be freaking out thinking that I haven't got that all-important first coach outta Brum until I have absolute confirmation!!!

I haven't got an email yet Ben, you have to use the booking reference number on the deposit email, not the reference number on the confirmation 'all paid in april' email.

Thanks, Cg!

@John the Moth also said that, but I was not bright enough to think that there really were different reference numbers for the two parts of the transaction!

GOT IT!

Oh get in! How ridiculous to be this excited to see on a webpage something that you kind of already knew to be true.

It's HAPPENING!!!

Thanks both Cg and Mr Moth for being patient with me!

Sorry - I thought you knew (I had said it in other threads!).

I did the Live Chat on the See website last night when I (for reasons of idiocy we have now detailed!) couldn't find the info.

The lovely 'Oliver' duly advised me that I was on the first coach out of Brum at 0545h (YES!) and on the 0400h home (I DON'T THINK SO!). So I got the departure I was desperate for and it's operation max out GF2017.

Despite my knowing perfectly well that I would be able to jump on a later coach home, the obsessive in me just couldn't cope with the idea of fretting about any of that at 3-4am on the Monday when I will unquestionably be mid-rave in the SEC, so I pretty much immediately bought a single coach journey home with National Express at 0830h

I KNOW!!!

:)

Where is the live chat on the see tickets website? I can't get the details from the reference number from the deposit because the lead booker didn't pay their balance and it won't accept their postcode. No details on the balance payment reference either :(

Even 8:30 is ballsy enough! All nighter on Sunday night for you so!

Hi @Madyaker

That's the whole point! I'm actually intending to do all-nighters Fri, Sat and Sunday. The reason I got all a bit OCD and booked another coach home was that the 0400h See Coach meant I'd have to leave BEFORE the end of the Sunday one!!

Did Fri and Sun all-nighters last year and the walk back to the tent at 0600h, taking it down and then making my way straight up to PGA for my coach was actually rather lovely, despite being the tiredest boy in the world!

how long needs the coach from manchester to the festival?

On a good day, between 6 and 7 hours (including two breaks on the way)

Now I know you are made of stronger stuff than us mere mortals, but the Monday morning thing is mightily impressive. I would be in no fit state to pack up and still get to PGA for 8-ish. I am currently toying with the idea of packing up Sunday am and leaving it all at the PGA lock-up, and then following the same path as you.
