But then the Wailers played Glastonbury the year before, so it wasn't logical to come back.

That's more of a Glastonbury gape then gap. If they aren't playing this year, I right them off for the rest of time

I'm starting to believe it could happen.  The way a festival seems to be announced for them every few days and that key weekend still being open...

in a few months time we'll be able to add Muse to the list of hilarious 'could've beens' with The Eagles, Elbow etc and we can all have a big laugh about it in between Radiohead playing Let Down and Weird Fishes

Muse finish they tour on the 14th June sadly , still doesn't fit in with as well as the Radiohead tour.

weirdly though Muse haven't announced any festival dates (as of yet), having done most of them last year, so you do wonder if festivals are something they're looking at this year... *clenches straws*

Probably not been looked at with bookers with them doing a full European tour so close to festival season?

i don't think there are any of note in Europe, correct me if i'm wrong (awakenings for electronic acts / DJ's)
