Radiohead touring in 2016

Anyone know what time gigs at the venue tend to finish? I have been a couple of times but don't recall that detail. I'll likely be going alone (if I'm lucky enough to get a ticket) and would like to cut the overall cost by catching a coach home from Victoria at half eleven.

yep i probably should've asked this myself as it's what i'll need to be doing. be a grim coach home to Liverpool but hopefully worth it

You have to buy a balcony ticket if you want to be on the balcony - it's not like KOKO where you have a GA ticket and can stand on whatever level you like. There's a few rows of seats and then balcony standing behind that.

Are you 100% on that? Checked other gigs they've got on there on see tickets and all seem to just have one type of ticket? Hope we can get up there as my wife is tiny so given what you've said wouldn't see a thing. Cheers

A mate is so full to the brim with hope for tickets to this, I can't bring myself to point out the overwhelming odds against her.

yeah i've convinced myself that i'm going now despite the fact i'll probably not manage to bag tickets. hope everybody here is lucky! we've had enough heartbreaking on the Radiohead front for a year

Good luck to everyone re: tickets. I have to say I'm quite relieved I managed to get NOS Alive tickets before they sold out. Hopefully everyone else here manages to see them if they don't end up on Glastonbury. I don't want to be on the hype train all by myself! :P

It won't go on beyond 11pm. Provided you could get out of the venue swiftly you could do it. 20mins to Victoria from there, but it'd be tight...

20 minutes is a little ambitious IMO especially as you'll have to change trains and the walk/run from Victoria tube to coach station is longer than it looks.

Bear in mind that Victoria coach station is a 10 minute walk from the train station too!

Sometimes they don't have the balcony open. But I was up there for a sold out gig a couple of weeks ago (with a ticket that specified balcony standing). Would think for Radiohead that they would want to maximise capacity so would have the balcony open. Unless it's reserved for guestlist or something. So I don't know. You definitely can't go onto the balcony with a floor standing ticket, so you'll either find out tomorrow that balcony tickets are on sale or the balcony won't be open. If there's just the general standing option then that will be floor standing.

Very nervous about tickets

Edit: found an example map for one of the gigs listed on their website that shows the different levels:

    • Yeh, the quiet camping also seems to be on the same side (broadly) as the bits of the festival that go on the latest (Far Out / Chai Waalahs / RTT until 4am). We're always in Tangerine Fields which is right behind the main stage and as soon as that and Rising Stage are done it's pretty quiet (midnight onwards) which I'd guess is pretty similar if you can hack taking all your gear from the car past the big tree in the middle and into the campsites that side.
    • Can't see Bimble line up anywhere - am I being dense and missing an obvious release somewhere?
    • Not expecting a tour imminently but Peter Gabriel would fit the vibes magnificently.
    • I have but a very long time ago and can remember nothing about it at all. Which I suppose is a review of sorts
    • Addison Rae has 33m instagram followers, Slayyyter 667k. Also 15 to 7,5 million spotify listeners with Addison's last release being more than a year ago. Obviously these metrics aren't everything, but still there is a big gap in popularity between the two.
