It would be pretty mental/bizarre if these pictures are actually teasing a Glastonbury appearance. It would make no sense and I don't remotely think that's what's happening, but it would be crazy.

Does anything that radiohead have done make sense?

For the record I can also see the Pyramid in that photo

I thought all these pictures that they were posting were just the artwork that is too be included in the deluxe boxset for AMSP

I think they are. People are just seeing Pyramids in all of them :P

Mildly off topic (sorry) but the process of the production of that artwork is discussed in this interview with Colin Greenwood.  http://www.the-tls.co.uk/articles/public/just-playing-in-a-room-with-friends/

"The barn’s speakers are wired up to the recording studios: the band’s resident artist Stanley Donwood reacts in acrylic to what he hears, the results to be modified and manipulated on computer for the LP’s cover."

Well as he does the Glastonbury posters these days maybe he was doing them both at similar times and that's where all the pyramids are coming from which are definitely in the pictures as his brain was getting sidetracked and he added them in unintentionally

I think people should stop praying for an appearance at Glastonbury, why would you want to see a day as sad as Radiohead having to support ADELE?

Who cares who is on after them though, Radiohead at Glastonbury is all that is required.

That's like saying you don't want to win the lottery the morning before you go to the dentist.

Shorter set, fans near the front more interested in getting a good spot to see Adele, wouldn't you rather them headline next year?

Sure, but I have tickets for this year, not next year. And there are no guarantees they will headline next year.

It's like saying you'd rather piss yourself for a few seconds rather than wait a bit for the other person to come out of the bathroom

I see where everyone is coming from, i just think everyone is being OVERLY mental about this though, i mean, seeing a pyramid in their album artwork?

    • Addison Rae has 33m instagram followers, Slayyyter 667k. Also 15 to 7,5 million spotify listeners with Addison's last release being more than a year ago. Obviously these metrics aren't everything, but still there is a big gap in popularity between the two.
    • Seems like the most obvious choice. Surprised they havent played since 2019 either.
    • My review of All Together Now 26, it was a whopper. https://niallmcquaid.wordpress.com/2026/08/06/all-together-now-2026-festival-review/
    • Yep it was on my list, id have loved to have gone.
    • Am a relative amateur in the ticket/tech shenanigans and not part of a large group etc. but personally preferred the F5 bashing approach and got through twice in recent yrs (plenty when didn't, mind) - 2023 but it crashed on me at the final hurdle and then again in 2024 where I held my nerve when it crashed again and managed to get.  Think now I am committed to volunteering if doing festivals as that's close to my heart, so happy to help others when the time comes round.   The most impressive I've seen was bus sales in 2022 when 2 mates casually bagged tickets while in San Sebastian, on a phone inside the stadium during a Real Sociedad v Man Utd game!
