@arcade fireman when you give us your report tomorrow (cheers for the one this morning BTW), can you let us know how Thom's voice was like live? It seemed a bit ropey in places but it's hard to tell if that was just the quality of the stream. I imagine it's one of those deals where it was better live in person than on a low quality stream, but it still seemed a bit short of his usual standards.

Be interested in your take on that.

Watched the stream tonight since I was working last night and missed that one, and ohhhh that has just multiplied my excitement levels for Friday!! Will be my first time seeing radiohead and if they played Street Spirit I would go to bits!!

Also, does anyone know roughly how long it would take to get from the roundhouse to Victoria coach station please? As I might get the late night coach back to Liverpool, save on hotel costs if I can make it on time, but I don't know London very well!

think this was discussed as it was something i was interested in, but i don't think it's doable unfortunately. you'd have to leave before the end of the set to make it, which of course is a no-go

      I've heard that ticket sales for other events that use the same system have included the question 'are you still there?' on each window/browser you have with a place in the queue. If you don't confirm you are, it'll assume you're not and that place will drop.   I've no idea if Glasto/See will adopt this, but it would be challenging to keep on top of with many windows open.

      People who're struggling are already priced out, so I don't think a bump in price will affect who attends. There'll still be a cross section, leaning young. I also think they'll do a soft breaking of the £400 ceiling, keeping the ticket price just below but having postage take it over. Next year the ticket itself will be over that threshold.

      Not sure if this has been mentioned but new La Roux album out November - was meant to play in 2020 but hasn't found her way back onto a lineup. If any excuse just to hear this absolute banger on the fields next year!

      Yeh, the quiet camping also seems to be on the same side (broadly) as the bits of the festival that go on the latest (Far Out / Chai Waalahs / RTT until 4am). We're always in Tangerine Fields which is right behind the main stage and as soon as that and Rising Stage are done it's pretty quiet (midnight onwards) which I'd guess is pretty similar if you can hack taking all your gear from the car past the big tree in the middle and into the campsites that side.
