Because I've become a master of festival lineups after visiting this site too often.

I guess you could be right because it's hard to think where they might be otherwise ... but Beck so high on the poster is odd, especially when we know who likes Beck.

If Disclosure aren't subbing the Saturday I'm struggling to see where they'd fit in. Seemingly the other stage headline slots are filled.

BMTH > Disclosure on the Sunday doesn't seem too outrageous, but yeah you may well be right. guess we'll be waiting until one of the acts confirms their whereabouts or we get the listed lineup...

yep, I can't disagree with what you're saying there.

Tho there were plenty of rumours that they'd be headlining other on Friday, and not LCD .... so it could be that.

With LCD subbing Saturday? Not too ridiculous I suppose.

For those saying BMTH won't headline the other, is it because of their poster placement? Take it with a pinch of salt if so.

yeah it's odd ordering but i'd definitely expect Ellie to play after Beck

I would as well but you never know... Nick cave subbed above the vaccines in 2013. He does have a bit of a legendary status. I think they might be taking a risk with him. After they didn't take any risks with the headliners, it's nice to see them do it with something else.

No, by the fact Disclosure are more suited to closing the Other stage. Disclosure as a sub is very odd to me.

the poster have defo been done so it can't be sussed out .... but beck so high? Either Stanley is flagging a favourite, or there's another reason.

Someone has passed me word this morning that Radiohead are still to come, tho I have no idea if it's true.

Foolish us thinking today would be closure

it's only just begun!

    • Yeah I did spot that AXS had more available for the O2 shows Muse are doing, though I think that comes with the territory of AXS now being the venue's primary ticket selling platform.    My instinct remains they'll probably still play to a big crowd on the night - sales were similarly slow in 2023 but videos of those gigs showed the venue looking pretty much full. Equally it probably would be sold out if the pricing was even just slightly less ridiculous. Shave up to £50 off some of these categories and I think that would've got people to go with it.
    • Some are definitely already there with that and with another round of inflation looking like it's on the way, it certainly locks that in. And I say that as someone who also isn't willing to break the £100 marker.
    • A lot of people have said this online but does the Marvel world need new cities to play with? New York seems to be a target of all the villains to the point where you wonder why anyone in that world still lives there. Much as you can accuse me of overthinking it I guess haha.    I do agree that The Void is a compellingly different villain in many respects given the superpower is trapping people in their most traumatic memories. Shame in some respects the film came out in the post-Endgame funk Marvel seems stuck in and a lot of people missed out on it.    Speaking of, I rewatched Infinity War the other day. First time I think I've seen it since seeing it in the cinema on its opening day. Holds up pretty well imo - I have issues sometimes with ensemble casts and jumping between 4/5 storylines but it felt this one got the balance right and also properly explored Thanos. So it was good.
    • I didn't think I'd ever watched a Coben adaptation or read one of the original books, though turns out I did - I watched one called The Stranger back in 2020. Clearly didn't stick long in my memory as until researching it, I didn't know that was one of his. Queens Gambit or Black Mirror, it was not.    But clearly it's popular tripe in some respect if Netflix is going yes to everything he has to offer and are apparently about to start trying his most popular individual character, as seen below:   https://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/2026/jul/30/how-harlan-coben-became-the-king-of-potboiler-tv   Plus hey. Sometimes people get a kick from watching something and deriding it as crap. Don't let this internet rando stop you haha
